POE2 supporter packs

I was looking to upgrade my supporter packs for POE2 and when it prompted me to fill out my shipping info for the physical items I got the error "Shipping Cost: An argument was invalid". I sent an email to customer support asking about it, they asked for my shipping info, and I haven't heard from them in over a month. Any info on this error message?
