Two-step confirmation for Divine Orb usage

When I'm in the Currency tab, I've accidentally spammed Divine Orbs on an item instead of Exalted Orbs for the last two times. Either these two shouldn't be next to each other, or there should be a second confirmation screen when using Divine Orbs and higher-tier orbs. Hours of effort are lost due to a tiny moment of carelessness.

Include a confirmation on salvage as well while they’re at it. Gotta confirm on a 1 exalt unique disenchant,

This is a big problem on console with the “auto scroll” type system that it is currently.
