Early access key taken away
Who at GGG can I talk to outside of the support email box (which does not respond to email) to address GGG removing my early access? I have bought two separate keys - one direct from GGG, one on Steam - and have had a grand total of 72 hours of early access from December 8 until today.
The support inbox simply does not acknowledge any of the communications I send. I don't get a confirmation of receipt. I have gotten only 2 replies in roughly 2 months, with multiple weeks going between them. I have gotten no acknowledgement whatsoever that GGG has taken a total of 60 USD from me and given me nothing in return. Last bumped on Feb 3, 2025, 12:29:45 PM
