Assistance with Thaumaturge of the Vaal account features

Hi,
Is there a customer support manager I would be able to speak with? I purchased this about 6 days ago on playstation under the assumption I would be getting a code to give to my friend to use to get early access, submitted a ticket the same day, and have not been helped at all. It is very frustrating to see this as I can tell that my emails are being read and I haven't gotten any reply at all after an initial generic response requesting information. I understand that you are busy but I specifically upgraded to this for the code + to support the game and it is extremely irritating to have your emails being read and ignored after spending $160 on a free game.

Thanks, but the issue is a bit different than that. I did this purchase on the ps5, and when I go to that link it says that I don't have access to the beta which was where my issue comes from. I couldn't find any information that said that console upgrades were excluded from this.

The account that you are posting from shows the badge for the Thaumaturge of the Vaal supporter pack, I am assuming that this is your PSN account, so going into your account page should show that you have access.

Did you have any other POE accounts?

Thanks for the update. Do purchasers at least get keys to use for PC? The key doesn't specifically need to be for ps5, the person I was planning to share with has a PC.

I did purchase this version because I wanted to share the key with my friend and pretty much no other reason and I liked the game enough to support the upgraded version.

Where does it say this anywhere on the site? I feel a bit burned by this now considering I spent 160 on essentially nothing other than skins that I didn't care about. I was planning on continuing to upgrade to the Liberator edition but I am definitely not going to be spending any more money on stuff like that if this is the case.

If you go to the page with the editions it makes zero mention that only PC versions get codes. This is the sort of thing that makes me go from wanting to get my friends to play to telling them to avoid at all cost.
