Why does it say that you cannot do this action While muted

Trying to do trades, and it's saying you cannot do this action while muted. Did i do something wrong???

If you were given a chat mute, then it also affects your ability to trade.
If you think that you were muted incorrectly, then email support@grinddinggear.com and request clarification. 😹😹😹😹😹
