Very bad, wasted money on this game, made purchases but didn't get the items.

I upgraded from the Lord of Ogham sponsored pack to the Liberator of Wraeclast sponsored pack on December 18, 2024. I have already paid and have proof of contact with the current port support center. It has been over a month now and there is no progress. Do you need to tell me how long it will take because it is a lot of money? Maybe tell me how slow is the problem solving? But nothing happened.

Me as well. I have hit them up a couple times.

They asked me for my account information and order number. I gave them it. No reply. That was back in December.
Got 4 fraudulent purchases made on December 20 from my account for 4 early access codes, reported them ~4 hours after they were made, sent pictures and details about them and absolutely no answer yet. No clue how they said that they sorted through about 500k tickets and there are about 75k left but it's been a good while since then and they still did not manage to sort a smaller amount in a longer period.

I understand that there are a lot of requests, but do you have so few staff that you are working so slowly?
lol I asked for a refund on a microtransaction around december 26 lmfao. I understand delays. But 1 month - 2 months is not a "delay". That is something else crazy. I work in a large store that can make 3 - 6 million on a busy day. And a dozen cashiers can handle every single customer service/refund query for customers on the same day in a few minutes. So we are talking thousands of refunds etc on the same day. Everything completed, done by the end of the day. And these are cashiers who don't even want to do their job. So 1 - 2 months for a support resolution is something crazy (out of this planet in terms of efficiency). if they had a proper support team all of the back log should've been completed in 1 - 2 weeks max.

That's an acceptable answer only up to a certain point. When it was a few weeks since launch - no answer to emails and messages was bad, but understandable.

When 2 MONTHS have passed and there's no resolution in sight - that's neglect, you're abusing the fact that there is virtually no repercussions for your inaction.
It's genuinely a joke, I'm normally quite forgiving when it comes to dealing with customer support but I've heard absolutely nothing for an account merge issue I raised almost 2 months now.

I've been robbed of my transactions from PoE 1 and I'm not particularly happy about it.
What you can do is email them, if you haven't already! They're sorry about the delay -- they're swamped! And haven't done anything about it for three months!
In the end, I just posted it and nothing happened. I can only wait.
