What to do after send verification information

I filed for a support a week ago, they replied 5 days later, tells me to send them (support@grindinggear.com) my account name with the 4 digits which I did afterward. Waited for a week and still no signs of reply. Can the GGG mods check my email real quick please? [Removed by Support] I am very desperate rn.
