The issue of being unable to play

Hi there,

I am currently facing a serious issue: I gave my friend a testing qualification CDK for the Epic platform as a gift, and he activated it normally. He also linked his Epic account to the game's official website, but when he entered the game, it prompted that he did not have the testing qualification. Can you help me solve this problem? This is his GGG account: [Removed by Support] Please help confirm whether the Epic platform account has been successfully bound, whether the testing qualification has been obtained, and whether it can be played normally. If not, please help solve this problem. The only confirmation now is that he has successfully activated CDK, but cannot play.
