Anyone have a good source for stats too look for on each base

I've had some decent success selling items, but I'm still relying to heavily on price checking individual items and a lot of times something that looks good to me turn out to be worthless.

I've pretty much got rings and amulets down. Some items are DOA without certain stats like scepters and wands. But for the rest it's not always easy to tell for me. I see players on YT or twitch sometimes eyeball an item and call it dead and it's not clear to me why.

Does anyone have a spread sheet or an up to date guide on "meta" stats for different bases to help with this?
