I created a support ticket a month ago and want to know how long the que is before it is answered

Long story short: Someone gained access to my account and used a linked paypal to purchase some early access keys. I submitted a ticket to support but haven't heard back at all yet. I understand POE2 is new and that support is backed up, but would like to know if anyone can tell me how long till they address my ticket?

Exactly same thing happen to me, dont get your hopes up. took them a forum thread to even get the initial question for additional information and I haven't heard back yet. Original support thicket was 22 of december...
If I could now in hindsight, I would have opened a paypal issue and risk getting my account locked as it seems like we wont get a proper real league anytime soon anyway. I had to take a sms loan to pay back my friend who loaned me money to pay my rent as this happen right at Christmas. Real stellar response time from ggg. ign: DreamsofIllusions
