poe account got hacked i need help

i need help my poe account got hacked somehow and cleaned today my steamguard didn't got activated so that means my account got hacked through poe website i am still logged into the account but in my account details my primary login is an email address which i do not recognise.

I did sent an email /emails and i have gotten no reply yet , no help , another person has access to my account atm , my poe2 account has been cleared , my characters have been stripped of all the gear all my currency gone hundreds of hours put into this game gone and no1 from support gives a dime , i want the primary email adress changed as some1 else is using that email to login into my account is that so hard to do? the poe account security is a joke aswell . the person that hacked my account probably reads this threads aswell and hes laughing hes ass off i cannot believe i have no other means of recovery and securing my account exept the inexistent support system

Still waiting for my account to be unlocked now
I have been contacted by some1 from support and my account was locked due to that now it looks like i have to get in the queue for that 2 months waiting time till some1 from support is going to respond to my emails and unlock my account. A joke... |

time to hire more people for support because 75 days of response time IS GODDAM BAD.

I have the same problem, and the support only read "give me my items back" when I tell him that I need info, I don't know if continue playing.
