Losing faith in GGG

It’s been three months since I filed a support ticket about my merge account issues and support pack/twitch drops that I spent real money for ($160+) my ticket was made in the beginning of December and only got a response at the end of December and after that I haven’t received any response or a fixed issue. Gave them all the information that they needed and nothing. Yes I very well know that they are having an overload on emails but it’s been three months that I paid over $160.
And have not gotten one issue fixed. PLEASE GGG DO NOT DELETE MY POST. Instead please reach out to me by email and help me with my issue so I can’t enjoy the game the way I intended to. Again, I understand the surge of emails, but something is just not adding up but as much time has been and no help whatsoever it’s just not making sense

I'm very sorry to hear this, and I apologise for our slower-than-usual support response times. As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard. PLEASE VASH_GGG help, not trying to start anything negative or to keep making duplicate posts, but I’m running out of options when it comes to me getting help I don’t wanna have to contact my bank because I know my account would just get shut down and plus I don’t want none of that. I want to enjoy the game with the things that I purchase.
I lost faith when i got a day of probation for calling them out of there lie of a post they keep responding with.. the math does not add up lol its over gg
GGG just doesn't care anymore. Might be time to move back to Diablo
Yea I really hate that I can’t enjoy the game like others due to my account having issues but also that I paid a lot of money to support the teams and now I can barely get a response on here and 3 months not one issue has been fixed.
