Why endgame is not a fun experience?

Don't follow Diablo 4 mistakes by pushing around players with ridiculous mechanics, players will leave eventually and this game will die out.

(1) XP Penalty (as game developer make the game appealing to as many players as possible)
(2) Remove XP Penalty and create an elite league to separate the bad and good players so that all players will progress to level 100.
(3) No respect for player's time (XP Penalty)
(4) Loot Despawn when you die (not a cool game mechanic)
(5) Server Lag on co-op
(6) Endgame map too long to load
(7) Spending +15 mins. to get ascendancy point not a fun run, needs redesigning.
(8) Mobs/Elites one shot is terrible
(9) Armor and max out resistances is broken
(10) Atlas system not rewarding

The co-op experience is by and large what will make this game sink or swim. I'm not sure if it's latency or hardware related. But it is mostly unplayable. I know they're not using roll-back technology because you can feel the input lag from the connection to the host in every co-op game.
