Please help. I cannot play game

I have posted this issue and did hear back from support stating that the reason I have two accounts is that one is either a steam or Epic signon. I did not sign either. I am on Xbox only.
Problem is: Once game loaded I clicked on bogus info in charater screen and now my real account is gone. I cannot get back to my real account. It wants to start all over again. I have contacted support a few times now and to no reply. I cannot play the game to which i spent way too many hours playing to just start over. I have three characters: witch, mercenary, and now a ranger. Please check your email so i can get back to playing. I posted all info i know within emails.
