Still locked after answering questions from half a dozen support staff

Support? Where the hell are you? I have answered your questions and provided you proof of who I am for the above account yet here we are almost 2 months later and I am still locked. Over $1,000 in support packs yet I cannot be given basic support. Its a locked account. Click the button to unlock it. I've worked in the IT field for over 10 years and a child can at least do THAT. You've asked for my IP, my previous addresses, the last 6 purchases (4 of which were fraud, thanks hacks), I've reset my password 3 times, Ive given you all of my character names, my clan name, when my clan was created, and I am sure I will need to give you my birth certificate next right? I am going to need that to be now. Just unlock the account already! Please! I have answered EVERY SINGLE QUESTION via email only to get ghosted for a week or more, then its back to repeat questions!

I am in the exact situation as you. But they have ghosted me since December. At least you were already given questions elsewhere I have not received any questions at all.
As a supporter since 2016 I also find this very frustrating. |
