Do the developers/admins do anything about players scamming others?

I got scammed out of 90 divines, even though I made sure the item was correct, and made him accept before I did. He managed to slip the item in, even though the tab was green.

I will not return to POE 2 or any GGG games. Giving me an automated answer, and this person have been doing the same for days, without you taking action. You guys should be ashamed. If I were a CEO of this company, I would fire you right away. If he has the same mindset, I wonder how the game company will evolve. My friends that I play with do not agree with your action either.
