My POE2 account not visible on this acount

I have bought POE2 early access but i cant see my account Yustico#0890. I can only see this old from 2016 account. Can you help me solve this issue, becouse i would realy like to use other benefits such as item filters and trade website automatic whispers. I reported this issue a while ago via mail to your support, but havent hear from then sence. Thnx in advance.
