When will support staff respond to me? I honestly don't understand what to do

I recently wrote about transferring items and 300 points from a linked account to my main account Spaceshadee#9724

I responded to a support person's email regarding my characters but never received a response.

I can go into the game and continue playing it, or it’s better not to do this and wait for help with my problem?
