Store-bought pets cannot be used for POE2

Dear GGG,
The pet" sunrise wolf pet" I bought in the store cannot be used for POE2. Could you please cancel this purchase record and return my credits? In addition, I have sent an email with the same content to support@grindinggear.com. May I ask how long it will take me to get a reply? As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard. We'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.
Additionally, while we don't have specifics to share on an item-by-item basis at this stage, Jonathan (one of the game directors of Path of Exile 2) has stated that all of your purchases should be shared across both games unless it's hyper specific to the content of one of them.
