They are just super understaffed for the demand they have. I hope they are taking some measures to hire and train more people now.

same boat, i was screwed out of my t-shirt even though i gave my information and paid shipping and handling. its been over 2 weeks. i dont think im getting my shirt. i at least want them to refun the shipping i paid for it though.

It takes a loooong time. In the past I got two packs with shirts and I remember it taking a pretty long time to the point that I actually forgot I got the shirt for one them. Not great, but they will send it.
