Lost Early Access

Hello guys,

I bought the key to early access in december. I played it a lot and had so much fun. I decided that I would buy an early access supporter pack for the 300 coins. The pack comes with earlier mentioned 300coins and a key to the game. Due to the fact that I had early access I gave away the key to a friend of mine. After he redeemed it, I lost access to the game. I messaged support and described the whole situation, after which they replied that if I bought a key thru 3rd party website I should contact them, and that they can’t help me further with this. Do I pursue this matter further or just leave it and buy another key?
