POE2 Bought coins on PS5 and i didnt get them + loot filter dosnt work

So i just bought 150 in the playstation store, and i didnt get them same with the 300 upon purchasing early access, i would like to add that i didnt get them on this account if its for any help, the account where i got them is Tipo007#9194 + The loot filter dosnt work, ive tried multiple of them and still nothing, i asked a couple of people but it works for them, any ideas how to get it to work?
