Mana issues. My mana takes 3 seconds before it starts regenerating

I don't have anything like eldritch battery. IO have clarity enabled but it takes a full 3 seconds like energy shield???

Might need a video or something. I'm not noticing anything on your build that would do that.

You have the mana leech which might take a while to kick in to max. What your describing though i'm not sure. Usually mana regen is pretty uniform. If your in hideout, it goes from no mana regen to suddenly lots of mana regen?

Polymath will be altering the amount of mana coming in during clearing. Not seeing many moving parts on the build that would cause this though.

If you open character screen while this is happening, does the value on mana regen change drastically when it starts to fill after the delay?
