Would there be any remediation or compensation for players affected by the recent game data breach?

I would like to know if there will be any remediation or compensation for those who were hacked due to the recent game data breach and subsequently had their accounts locked after reporting it to support. It has been over a month now, and the accounts are still locked. Since this early access requires payment for a key to access the game, we are concerned about the situation. Up to now, we have received no additional information and have no way to track our cases.
