Account locked since 1 month, no news from support...

Hi, my account has been locked since more then one month already, i sent several email to support at support@grindinggear.com, 1 month ago they asked me my ipv4 adress and location which i gave them right away.
Since that i got no news from support so as i said its been a bit more then 1 month now that my account is locked and nothing has been done about it. Please do something i just want to play and enjoy the Early access i paid for... My locked account is "BESTPOEPLAYEREVERLOGGEDIN#5293" I needed to create a new one just to post this as i can't even access to the forum with locked account. lmao my account is locked too. i’ve emailed them from another gmail asking about a error code they respond right away and after that i asked them about my account no response back🤣🤣

I, too, am frustrated. I am in a back and forth with the support and I still have no resolution for my problem since December. GGG definitely need a ticket system.
