Stone temple Doryani

Level 92 spark archmage. 3k ES 4K mana. I’m getting one shot by him by his first attack and I can’t even see it. I lay down fire wall, orb of storms and spark. I watch his health start to go down, then I’m a corpse. Bam. All ES and mana immediately gone. I think it’s some kind of gun attack, but I can hardly see where exactly he is aiming because of the screen effects.

I’ve got 8/10 boss atlas points assigned. The map was irradiated, and the way stone had no monster damage modifiers, or negative effects on me - only break armor equivalent to physical damage, take reduced crit damage and increased accuracy.

Do I need to white map this with no boss atlas points assigned? Even with the changes, I find the other temples 2-3:1 and there’s no hint of another in the distance on my map in any direction. I’m looking at another 20+ hours of game time to try find another one.

How do I do this 🤬?

Do you have 75% in resists? My character has 3k life, 0 ES,armor,EV, no mind over matter, and never experienced this boss 1 shotting me (10/10 in boss).

Maybe its a bug with Chaos inoculation or Mind over matter with this boss.

Max resists. CI, Mind over matter, everlasting gaze (to get ES). 2% armor (lol), 0 evasion.

It must be some kind of excessively amplified physical damage. I’ve also been one shot by the quadrilla map boss because i mistimed the slam (that slam follows you mid animation if you roll too early) - but I kind of expected that.

Anything that does physical damage seems to hurt a lot (but again effectively 0 armor so yeah).
