account locked waiting for the support team to respond my email

My account has been locked due to the fact i have been hacked account locked waiting for the support team to respond my email and continue the process from where we left it so i can get into my account again , any ideea if that this gonna happen any time soon?

i did emailed it and we went back and forward until it stopped...

the onlly issue i have with that is that as soon as possible means months by the look of it , and i do not understant why support will stop half way through the verification system and more i do not understand why is required to ask 1 question at a time and request for 1 thing/proof per email .
everything could be asked , proven and rezolved in maximum 2, 3 back and forward emails 20 , 30, 50 , 100 emails just to be put to aside half way through.. |
