Microtransactions store not clear on POE2 compatibility

So I went shopping on the Micro store and learned the hard way that some of the items I bought (Pets, and such) don't work in POE2 .. yet there is no way to know (or is there?) which items are POE2 and which are only POE..

Apart from Tabs, ALL my MTX from POE1 are not compatible either. Months before POE2 came out they said that all our MTX would work but so far nothing. I do see other players with POE1 MTX that cant be bought from the POE2 store walking around the Ziggurat but nothing of mine is available yet. Other players have suspected that GGG are holding them back from normal players and only players who have spent ALOT of money on MTX have been allowed to use them. I suspect that might be true.

worst part is I emailed for a refund and they responded right away, so I sent the account name and other data they asked for and so far nothing... been two days.

Bumping this old thread because it is still not clear which microtransactions are currently POE2 compatible.
I want to buy, but I do not want to get burned again, having to ask for a refund. |
