For everyone waiting on support, I've just had my ticket to unlink my steam account completed.
First email - November 26 Account unlinked - February 5 72 days response time. Hope that helps for your ETA. Last bumped on Feb 8, 2025, 1:13:31 AM

Thanks, I hope mine is resolved soon, also waiting since the beginning of December.
