Merging two accounts

I didn't realize that Steam created a POE1 account for me, so I created an account for POE2 (it won't run on Steam for me).
Now, I bought a supporter pack and it went to the wrong account. Can I have my accounts merged? I emailed support and opened a ticket. Last bumped on Feb 11, 2025, 3:07:41 PM

They can't help you with that, after 2 months they told me that they can't combine subaccounts, merge characters, if anything they can transfer transactions only once per account, a complete disappointment
