Account Hacked + Still Locked after 2 Months

My account was hacked 2 Months Ago and I reached out to support@grindingear.com for support multiple times.

Brittany from support finally came back to me 5 weeks later and decided to lock my account for no reason. It has since been locked.

It has since been more than a Month since my account has been locked, despite me
1) Pleading with Brittany NOT to initially lock my account
2) Pleading with support staff to please unlock my account
3) Providing every technical information they have requested thus far

So far every reply from support has been an automated response that is not even bothering to read through my request or read the previous email related to the requests. I am beyond disappointed with GGG.

My interactions with GGG's support historically (with JC, CoryA, Scott, Lexis) have been a good experience and part of the reason I've been playing this game for 13 years. I've even previously commended support staff for their timeliness, yet this experience makes me take it all back.

Can someone PLEASE look into unlocking my account and actually providing HUMAN support instead of an automated response.

I know that support is busy, but can you at least unlock it? There was no reason for support to lock it 1 month AFTER the hack, it was not timely enough to prevent anything at that point. Right not its just taking more of support time and I have not been able to play for the last 5 weeks.

I agree that locking accounts for too long is an issue. Many of us in the forum need a key to access this early access, but when we get hacked due to a vulnerability in the game itself, our accounts end up locked without any way to track our cases.
