Upgrade did not give me the right amount of Paid for Currency

I have contacted support a few times and not revived any help on the issue. I upgraded from the Lord of Ogham Supporter to Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter pack and the amount of currency that should have been added to my account would have been 600 coins and instead I got 560

Yes you have sent me a reply and I did contact support and they asked for my info which i then gave them twice and they have not gotten back to me since.
