Account lock and no support?

I guess I'm not the only one. I was playing when my account was locked, I believe I got a false ban. Emailed support and got a reply the next day asking for more information. Sent the information and it's been over a week now with no reply. I didn't get an email saying my appeal was denied or that they are working on it, or even that they received my information.
