I accidentally ordered a supporter package for the wrong sub account not even realizing that i had 2 sub accounts? dont even know how this happened . and ofc it puts the items and 1k coins on the wrong sub account i dont even play on. i email and they responded then i reponded with the info require then no reponse. what should i do. this is highly aggrevating considering if i just went through steam it woulda been easy and i woulda saved money

yea but the thing is i emailed with the account name charcter names the xsolla id and then they reponse was asking me for that same info i gave them in the first email. this is crazy to me . bots?
