No real Support

Why is it this game has some of the highest micro transactions and the people willing to buy them getting screwed over with no reponse from anywhere worth value. just wait months for a email that will never come. and it seems a lot of people getting screwed over in the same ways. how hard is it to support the players supporting your company.
