Account locked

hello, my account was randomly locked today, not sure the reason as i havent done anything wrong to my knowledge and havent gotten a response from support yet, ive provided account details and still no reply, yesterday when i went to log in i noticed it said i was logging in from a new location and wouldnt let me login, i had to reset my password to get back in.i didnt see any evidence of a hack but im no expert, now im locked out of my account? seems like an error. can i please get assistance with this, my locked account is xLostAsazinx#0931. thanks GGG! i look forward to a speedy conclusion on this as i spent alot on EA and stash tabs and would hate to lose all that money invested.

hello, yes i have provided details, thanks for the quick response, i hope this can be resolved and im not waiting months for help like the others ive seen, so many people giving up and quitting the game because they cant get proper support
