Why Aren't My Emails Getting a Response, and What Other Ways Can I Contact Support?I sent an email to GGG's customer service in January, and after receiving a reply, I responded to it. However, since then, I haven’t received any further responses. Could it be that the customer service team is on holiday? What other ways can I contact them?
