Chance Trenchtimbre on SSF

I'm playing SSF summoner lvl 95, and I miss a very useful unique - Trenchtimbre.
I decided to chance it. Proper bases don't drop in endgame, and I had to farm act 2 (not a fun experience). Over 2 hours I farmed ~12 bases, and they all bricked.
I assume Trenchtimbre is quiet a low tier unique. On trade it costs 1 ex, despite being mandatory for a popular archetype.
Is it normal that I have such a bad luck with chancing it?

Did you find it? I am still looking for it but no luck! I also chanced almost 10 bases found from act 2! and I gambled over 100 clubs from Risu in act 2 but I didn't hit once!

Yes, ~30 tries. But it came out +3 without divines.
The very first area of act 2 has the best drop rate.

I also got it! Farmed the base from act 2 first area and it took me about 20 tries! :D
