for the love of gad respond to support emails

I have sent a support email in regards to a fraudulent charge 1,5 months ago can you please for the love of god respond to your dam support email already? this is redicules. I understand you are bizzy with development and are getting a lot of emails in regards to isues with the game. that said at this point this is just crazy and i 100% regret not filing this with my bank and trusting ggg support instead.

I did in fact, 3 times just to be sure it arived. and 2 mails asking for an update on the situation.
Next time ill be making sure i contact my bank to refuse the charges and let you guys deal with the problem of sorting out the charges on your end instead. this interaction has severly undermined my trist in ggg and there support. |
