GGG support scammed me
I had an issue activating my early acces key with the 300 points going on an old account that I had for poe1, and the actual account i have played on (which i had to create since i played on steam) recieved nothing, but was still able to play.
I heard other people complain about the same thing so I sent an email to GGG support. I sent an email to them on 14th December. It's 7th February and have not gotten any answer. During that time I had to purchase early access again for me to be able to get stash tabs, so basically, because of inexistent support, I was robbed for 30$ Does anyone know what legal action (overseeing entities, not lawyers since i am not based in the US) I can contact to get a refund?
