character error

Hi there. I'm an Xbox gamer and I purchased the Path of Exile 2 beta and coins with my [Removed by Support] account, but when I host-bound my official account I accidentally used a character created with another account on my local machine, [Removed by Support]. Because of this behavior, the account is misplaced. The trade sends a private message showing that the account is not in the game, even though the account is logged in, and neither account can use the trade feature. Characters registered on both accounts become opposite characters when logged in, and are unable to see or join conversations on any channel, or chat with others. Also, when both characters are playing on the same machine for the Silkmar Trial, it is impossible to exit the trial in any way once one character dies.
I would like to request that you delete the character created by the [Removed by Support] account and allow the [Removed by Support] account to function correctly so that I can play normally. I love your game so much, it's a wonderful piece of work, so I'm anxious to get this resolved.
