Points not credited to account
I bought Points through Epic on 1/18 but wasn't credited the Points. I contacted GGG's support team the same day. I followed up on 1/21 since I didn't hear back. I finally got a response on 1/25 asking for a few names of my characters even though I provided them with my email address, account username, and proof of purchase already. I gave them a list of all my characters from POE and POE2. I followed up AGAIN on 2/2. I still haven't heard back. So it looks like they've just taken my money and ran with it cuz at this point, what am I supposed to think? Any help?
