Still locked too

I'm still not unlocked after more than a month, ggg can't even manage to write a decent guide on how to best behave, I can well imagine how ggg gets spammed by email on locked accounts and then just shoves people into a spam folder. After I probably entered the wrong transactions, those from Paypal instead of Xsolla, I never got an answer again. Some have paid over 500 euros, then asked support for help and then been locked for eternity what an absolute cheek and disappointment. If you're already asking countless questions, at least give people the chance to prepare for the questions and finish what you started. Thank you for the copy paste answer
