Account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access after 0.1.1c otach

I have been playing for a month now and i tried to log in today and i was prompted with a message saying that i don't have early access key when i pressed the LOG IN button.
Anyone else experienced this? Last bumped on Feb 7, 2025, 4:41:52 PM

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com if you haven't already so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |

i have activated the game through the pathofexile site and used one key on steam, i have sent an email with the account name and character names

So, it was purchased through a third-party site. You would have to contact GAMIVO, as there is nothing that GGG can do about this.
