Support is literally ignoring me now.

This is starting to become ridiculous - not only am I having to answer the same question over and over again, every response is now 2-3 weeks in between.

Support opening my email days ago, still not responding. We are in Feb 7th, I am still chasing an issue from 12/17/24, is this literally a joke on me?


Like wtf else do I need to do right now to get my physical goods? Dispute the charge and buy it again? I am confused.
