This is getting ridiculous..

I first emailed my issue to the support in dec 8 2024, got after some back and forth answers and questions from support, the last time i heard from support was 27th dec 2024 and i answered that response next day, since then i've been ghosted or ignored my issue still hasn't been fixed, an issue i'd assume is considered an "easy/simple" fix.

i've seen in the forums of the 'excuse' given by those with GGG tag, of the supposed backlog, but if it's that ridiculously bad, why not just expand the support??(even if just temporarily) since they obviously seem to need it. it shouldn't have to take months upon months to fix what should be considered "simple" issues...
