First Blood pack bought on steam not getting applied to mya account

Hi, i hoped that buying the first blood pack would get applied immediately to my account. I paid for it, but all i got is the points on the website but not on my account. I emailed support@grindinggear.com but i fear i might get a late reply or maybe even never. Help!
