Never got an answer after give information back to support

When I will receive answer about refund MTX, every time I wrote email about refund GGG respond with give some name character with transaction id but after I gave them what they ask and NEVER got ANSWER back, they just ghost me. If they do not respond at all then at least I'm not mad but they respond and decide ghost me, they give me hope and took it away.
