Support STILL has not resloved my entire stash tabs for the last decade vanishing.
I emailed on this issue in DECEMBER. I only ever sent ONE SINGLE EMAIL. i got a response a MONTH AGO asking me to confirm character names, despite my initial email providing LITTERALLY ALL OF THIS INFORMATION UP FRONT. It has now been almost an entire second month since this response.
What the hell is going on? I've literally had nearly a thousand dollars in stash microtransactions purchased over a decade vanish, and absolutely ZERO support on this. this is absolutely unforgivably insane from a company i have paid money to for an INSTANT TRANSACTION, to take to resolve because they INTENTIONALLY ALLOWED A BROKEN SYSTEM TO KEEP WORKING. I've come to the point where the only way i feel i'm going to get this is resolved is going to be engaging my sates laws for digital fraud over this. i'm over this. i cannot believe that i'm having to do this. i honestly dont think im ever coming back to this game after this.
