Lost EA access

logged in after a few weeks of not playing, lost my EA access somehow, checked the webpage and it says that I suddenly don't have EA access anymore, contacted the game support, can't help me since I bought a 3rd party key. L game fix your issues

Same experience, already have 364 hrs in game. Bought my game at g2g then lost access after a month.

Hi there, I'm afraid that if you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.
